Cleansing

Cleansing! the most basic of skin care.Cleanse your face twice a day, Once in the morning and once in the night your bed time. Cleansing in the night is most important because  that will remove makeup and excess oil in your face.Use a gentle cleanser and wash it off (don't scrub your face). Rinse with plenty of warm water, then pat dry. If you find your skin dries out or gets oily, try a different cleanser.Use a cleanser designed for your skin type, and if you have very dry skin opt for a cream based cleanser.

Toning

A toner is a liquid that helps to close the pores on your skin, toners are used after cleansing and before moisturizing, you  use these to keep the skin feeling fresh, to avoid attracting dirt, to give your skin a tighter, firmer look, and to remove any remaining traces of makeup. Experts  recommend using a toner twice a  day.

Moisturizing

You may think you're too young to need moisturizer  or your skin is too oily  but all skin needs moisture. Moisturizers help keep your skin from drying out.Use a light moisturizer that contains sunscreen, and provides UVA and UVB protection . Look for a product that contains either zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, avobenzone or Mexoryl. Apply moisturizer twice a day (its better to apply after bath or when your skin is wet ). If you have acne or your skin is oily, find a moisturizer that is lightweight and oil-free, so it doesn't block your pores.

Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize twice a day. Once in the morning before you put on your make up and once at night before you go to bed.

Twice in a week you should do a exfoliation. That help you to remove the dead cells from top of your skin. Try select a scrub that matches your skin. You can easily make home made scrubs. So guys your skin needs to the frequency of being treated and to the product you are used.
